Pluginslab builds and maintains custom WordPress and WooCommerce software for its clients, including integrations that connect a client’s online store to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. This policy explains what we do with information we handle along the way.

Information we handle

When we build an integration for a client, that software runs on the client’s own website and under the client’s own control. It handles the business data the integration needs to do its job, for example order records, customer billing and shipping details, product identifiers, and accounting references. We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles.

Third-party connections

Where an integration connects to a third-party service, the connection is authorised by the client through that service’s own consent screen, and the access granted is limited to what the integration needs to function. Authorisation tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never written to logs. A client can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration, which also revokes the token with the third-party service.

Data we hold ourselves

Pluginslab holds client contact details and project correspondence for the purpose of delivering and supporting the work. If you contact us through this website, we use your details only to reply to you.

Retention and deletion

Client data stays on client-controlled systems. Where we hold credentials in order to support a project, we store them in an access-controlled vault and remove them when the engagement ends or at the client’s request.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
